A Gainesville woman has been charged in the hit-and-run death of a 41-year-old Gillsville woman Saturday morning. Rachel Elizabeth Bond, 25, is charged with first-degree vehicular homicide, leaving the scene of an accident, failure to report an accident with injury/death/damage and failure to maintain lane. She was arrested Sunday morning and is in the Hall County Jail, Georgia State Patrol Cpl. J.S. Munger said.
