Area residents still seeking to understand how the new federal health care law affects them are invited to a Monday hearing on the troubled rollout. The U.S. House of Representatives Oversight and Government Reform Committee is scheduled to hold a field meeting at 10 a.m. at the Hall County Government Center, 2875 Browns Bridge Road, Gainesville to learn the impact of the Affordable Care Act on rural areas. It’s one in a series of field hearings the committee plans to hold starting Friday.
