Motorists in downtown Gainesville around suppertime today can expect delays because of street closings for the Gainesville High School homecoming parade. The motoring public can expect delays and lane closures from about 5:45-6:45 p.m. around the downtown area, according to the Gainesville Police Department. The square will be closed to all traffic during this time frame.
