Gainesville man indicted on murder charges in sisters death

A Gainesville man was indicted Friday on multiple murder charges stemming from his sister’s death last month in Chicopee Village of Gainesville.

Bradley Scott Holland, 35, was charged with malice murder by a Hall County grand jury in the death of Stacey Allison.

Deputies responded to a reported shooting called in around 6 p.m. Nov. 18 on Third Street in Chicopee Village. Allison was found with a single gunshot wound to the head, and she was transported to Northeast Georgia Medical Center.

Authorities said Holland’s mother and his wife called 911 around the same time.

According to the indictment, Holland was charged with malice murder, felony murder, aggravated assault and possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime.
