A Forsyth County grand jury recently indicted a Gainesville man for allegedly assaulting a man with his vehicle. On April 12, Julio Cortez, 26, is also accused of “intentionally caus[ing] bodily harm, to wit: a swollen eye to [the victim] by striking him on and about his face.”
