A Gainesville man previously arrested in May on child molestation and rape charges has been charged in a separate case.

Junior Fadricio Gonzalez-Ramirez, 20, was booked Thursday, Aug. 9 in to the Hall County Jail on two charges of child molestation.

Gainesville Police Cpl. Jessica Van said Gonzalez-Ramirez is accused of “immoral and indecent acts” involving a 13-year-old girl. The allegation involved inappropriate touching.

Van was unable to provide further information on this most recent case, but the corporal confirmed these were separate charges with a different girl.

Sgt. Kevin Holbrook said in May Gonzalez-Ramirez was charged with child molestation and rape involving a 14-year-old girl.

Holbrook said Gonzalez-Ramirez and the girl were previously acquainted.

Gonzalez-Ramirez’s attorney Matt Leipold did not return a request for comment.
