A Gainesville man faces four sexual charges in incidents that involved three girls that were between 11 and 14 years old at the time the actions allegedly took place.
William Waller, 66, was charged with three counts of child molestation and one count of felony sexual battery, according to warrants. Waller was being held Monday at the Hall County Jail without bond. He has a commital hearing scheduled for July 6.
Waller is charged in warrants for the sexual battery charge and one of the child molestation charges with crimes that allegedly occurred between Aug. 1, 2015, and April 30, 2016. The other two molestation charges allege incidents that occurred between Jan. 1 and May 20 of this year. The incidents allegedly all took place at Waller’s home, and Waller knew all of the victims.
The incidents were first investigated after a report May 20, according to an incident report from the sheriff’s office.
Lt. Scott Ware of the Hall County Sheriff’s Office said in a statement that the case remains under investigation.
