Hall County Sheriff’s Office and MANS deputies “responded and recovered eight growing marijuana plants which were being cultivated and maintained outside the primary residence,” according to a news release, when they arrested Kevin Dean Lord.

A Gainesville man faces drug charges after eight marijuana plants were seized at a Hall County home, according to authorities.

Kevin Dean Lord, 19, was arrested Wednesday afternoon and booked into the Hall County Jail on charges of manufacturing marijuana and felony possession of marijuana.

The Georgia State Patrol’s Aviation Unit spotted the growing marijuana plants in the 5300 block of W.G. Robinson Road in northwest Hall, Lt. Scott Ware of the Multi-Agency Narcotics Squad said in a news release. They’re worth an estimated $16,000, Ware said.
