A woman who has battled breast cancer three times and an active community servant were named Thursday night as the Gainesville Jaycees’ 2015 Young Man and Young Woman of the Year recipients. The 70th annual awards were presented at the Chattahoochee Country Club in Gainesville to Heidi Ferguson and Trey Wood. Ferguson gave a tearful speech as she accepted her award.
