Gainesville City Council will get a chance to weigh in on a proposed property tax rate roll-up today as it prepares to set the millage rate for the fiscal year 2013 budget. So far, views among council members are mixed about the proposed increase. City Council is slated to consider its annual property tax rate ordinance at its work session this morning.
