Funeral services are 10 a.m. today for a Georgia State Patrol trooper’s wife, who died Wednesday in a one-vehicle wreck in Banks County.

Kristin Snyder, 32, of Hartwell, was killed after she overcorrected her steering at about 3:30 p.m. and ran off the road at Ga. 51 and Pinehills Drive near Lula.

The car then rolled over and hit a tree, according to the state patrol.

She died at the scene.

Her husband, David, works out of the Toccoa post. The Snyders have three children, ages 3 to 7.

Services today are taking place at Crossplains Baptist Church in Hartwell.

Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell is in charge, according to her obituary.
