A couple and two children, including one child airlifted to an Atlanta hospital, were seriously injured in a two-vehicle wreck Sunday morning on Ga. 369/Browns Bridge Road at Watson Circle in West Hall County.

Warren Buckley, 60, of Gainesville, his wife and a 7-year-old in the Chevrolet Malibu that Buckley was driving were taken to Northeast Georgia Medical Center, according to the Georgia State Patrol.

A 9-year-old in the car was taken by air ambulance to Children's Healthcare of Atlanta at Scottish Rite.

The wife’s name and the children’s names weren’t available Sunday evening.

“The report is not complete,” said Tracey Watson, a Department of Public Safety spokeswoman.

GSP said that a Chevrolet Trailblazer, driven by Samuel Phillips, 31, was traveling east on Ga. 369, when the vehicle crossed the center line and struck the Malibu head-on. The Malibu was traveling west.

Phillips, the only occupant in the Trailblazer, was taken to NGMC with non-life-threatening injuries.

Charges are pending, according to GSP.
