Four people were arrested on charges of trafficking methamphetamine following a monthlong undercover operation by the Gainesville-Hall County Multi-Agency Narcotics Squad, officials said Friday.

Lt. Scott Ware said MANS agents carried out search warrants Thursday at a Lyman Street home and a trailer on Mountain View Road.
Undercover agents bought crystal methamphetamine from one of the mobile home’s residents, 34-year-old Laticia Nogueda, more than once since February, Ware said.

A search of the home turned up four baggies of methamphetamine and $4,500 in cash, Ware said. At another search of a Nix Drive residence, authorities found two baggies of crack cocaine, Ware said.

The combined street value of the drugs was $24,600, Ware said.

Authorities also seized three fraudulent forms of identification from the Lyman Street home of Emilio Antunez-Rebollar, who Ware said was in the country illegally.

Nogueda was charged with trafficking in methamphetamine and possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute. Benito Mojica-Leguizamo, 35, was charged with trafficking in methamphetamine, sale of methamphetamine and possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute.

Antunez-Rebollar, 42, was charged with second-degree forgery.

David Wayne Burns, 33, was charged with possession of the prescription drug Propoxyphene without a prescription, possession of cocaine and possession marijuana.

Nogueda, Mojica-Leguizamo and Antunez-Rebollar all have immigration holds for being in the country illegally, Ware said.

Also Thursday, in an unrelated case, four people were arrested on charges of selling crack cocaine and possessing marijuana in the Gainesville Mills neighborhood.

Ware said MANS agents carried out a search of a home in the 1300 block of Stallworth Street and recovered crack cocaine, marijuana, scales and packaging materials.

Lyedrekus Bailey, 20; Akeem Leshawn Butler, 19; Jarmond O. Butler, 21; and Gregory Quintez, 20, all of Gainesville, were all charged with possession of cocaine with intent to distribute and possession of marijuana.
