A Flowery Branch mother and daughter accused of prostitution have been charged in Hall County State Court with additional counts. Rhonda Haugland, 56, and Andria Danielle Kipp, 27, were arrested Nov. 7 after a Multi-Agency Narcotics Squad sting operation. “An undercover agent placed a call, based on the ad that the mother had posted, and a price was negotiated — U.S. currency in exchange for companionship or sexual favors,” said MANS Lt. Scott Ware at the time of the arrests.
