A Flowery Branch man faces two sexual charges in an incident last fall involving an underage girl. Jeffrey Ryan Ross, 33, was charged Wednesday with child molestation and sexual battery, according to a statement released by the Hall County Sheriff’s Office. He was being held in the Hall County Jail on a $33,400 conditional bond Wednesday afternoon.
