Three adults and three children escaped a fire Friday morning that destroyed their home in the 3200 block of Couch Circle off Cleveland Highway in North Hall County. Firefighters responded to the 9:30 a.m. call from a neighbor to find the 1,200-square-foot structure about 50 percent involved in flames, Hall County Fire Chief David Kimbrell said. The home was a total loss with damage estimated at $125,000, Kimbrell said.
