Hall County firefighters were called to a blaze on Atlanta Highway in Flowery Branch this afternoon.

The call came in at about 12:18 p.m. for a 1,200-square-foot structure in the 5800 block.

Heavy smoke was showing when firefighters arrived, and the road in that area was shut down.
