The fifth and final defendant in a $3.5 million sweepstakes scam that targeted the elderly was sentenced this week in federal court. Elpelice Figueroa Rosales, 62, of Buford, pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit mail fraud and was sentenced to two years in prison.
