The Georgia Department of Human Services is offering help with home heating costs for those who meet income eligibility requirements and are either homebound due to health reasons or live in a household in which everyone is 65 or older. A check will be issued to the gas or electricity supplier on behalf of eligible households. Households must be responsible for their heating costs.
