University System of Georgia keeping tuition flat even amid slash in state funding

The University System of Georgia’s Board of Regents voted Tuesday not to raise tuition rates for the 2023-24 academic year at 25 of 26 institutions, even after lawmakers approved a $66 million slash in USG’s state funding in March.
