An East Hall woman died Sunday in a vehicle crash on Oconee Circle off Old Cornelia Highway.

Patricia Mutter, 46, who lived on Oconee Circle, was driving north on the road about noon when she lost control of her vehicle, which left the road and struck a tree, said Operator Jonathan Stamey of the Georgia State Patrol.

The vehicle then overturned and came to rest on its side, Stamey said.

Mutter was declared dead at Northeast Georgia Medical Center, he added.
