A driver was pulled from his truck Thursday afternoon after losing control on a curve on Ga. 52 near Lula and crashing into an embankment and two trees, according to authorities.
Anthony Secord, 29, of Mountain City, was in satisfactory condition Friday afternoon at Northeast Georgia Medical Center in Gainesville.
Secord was extricated from the 2003 Ford Super Duty Truck he crashed while driving west on Ga. 52 before 5 p.m.
Georgia State Patrol Post Commander Anthony Coleman said Secord traveled off the right side of the road, struck an embankment, then a tree, rotated and struck another tree before the truck stopped.
