Chateau Village, a 229-acre mixed-use development featuring 457 homes and a 193,341-square-foot shopping center, is proposed across from Chateau Elan in Braselton. The development, including a hotel, would be off Old Winder Highway/Ga. 211 just a few miles south of the Hall County line.
