With grading almost complete, next comes the footings, and soon the foundation and walls and roof.

It’s an exciting time for Sosebee & Britt Orthodontics in Gainesville as the company prepares to open a new location late next spring off Jesse Jewell Parkway near Limestone Parkway.

The roughly $3 million investment will double the size of the practice, allowing for the advent of new services, new hiring and growth in the customer base.

“It has the potential to grow the practice without stretching the system,” Dr. Glenn Sosebee said.

Sosebee founded his practice in 1995, and Dr. Todd Britt joined in 2000. The two have grown their partnership as they raised young families locally.

Britt said the new office would improve efficiency with more space, better design and other unique advantages.

An Oakwood location off Mundy Mill Place will remain open to serve those in South Hall.
