Interim Hall County Administrator Jock Connell was released from a hospital Friday after being treated briefly in the morning for chest pains.
Following his release, Connell visited the county Board of Commissioners office, according to officials at the county offices.
Earlier today, Connell was taken to Northeast Georgia Medical Center after experiencing chest pains at the county office.
Connell was conscious when paramedics arrived. He rode to the hospital where he was evaluated and then released, according to officials.
On Thursday commissioners voted to keep Connell on retainer for 90 days to serve as a consultant on county administration matters. His term as interim county administrator is scheduled to end Aug. 7.
