For the time being, illegal immigrants in Georgia can attend the majority of public colleges in the state. But future legislation and high tuition rates are turning the decision for undocumented high school seniors to take that step into more than just a simple conversation. Dilan Garcia, a rising senior at Johnson High School in Oakwood, fits that profile.
