With the help of the community, the Myrtle Figueras Scholarship Fund, benefiting graduating seniors from Gainesville High School, may get a major boost this year. An anonymous donor recently began a matching funds campaign for the scholarship fund at the North Georgia Community Foundation, according to a release from the foundation. The donor offered $5,000 in matching funds if the community can raise an additional $5,000.
