A Clarkesville man was arrested Wednesday on a charge of enticing a child for indecent purposes following a Hall County Sheriff’s Office undercover operation.

Allen Wayne Reynolds, 46, arranged via the Internet to meet with an underage child for the purpose of having a sexual encounter, according to sheriff’s office spokesman Sgt. Mark D. Mitchell. Reynolds was taken into custody 

Reynolds was booked into the Hall County Jail on one count of enticing a child for indecent purposes and one count of aggravated child molestation and is being held without bond.
