An Oakwood church will be having a consignment sale this weekend, featuring items for children.

The Little Sprouts Children’s Consignment Sale will be held from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. today and 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday at McEver Road United Methodist Church at 3606 McEver Road in Oakwood.

Select items will be offered at half price on Saturday.

Some of the items for sale include a wide variety of children’s items, including clothing, toys, DVDs, books, games, furniture, maternity clothing, nursery decor and infant care products.

Most items are priced from one-third to one-half of retail value.

Shoppers can pay by cash, check or credit card.

McEver Road United Methodist Church holds the event twice a year, during the spring and fall, and proceeds from the sale go to the church’s Children’s Ministry.
