After 26 years on the bench, State Court Judge Charles Wynne thought it might be time to let someone else take a shot at his seat. “I felt like it’d probably be an appropriate time to step down and let some other people submit their names to the voters and have the same opportunity I’ve had over these past years,” he said last week.
