Three “owners” of businesses received financing offers from the Lake Lanier Sharks on Tuesday morning, but only two accepted the offers. The Greater Hall Chamber of Commerce held the seminar, Lake Lanier Shark Tank, modeled on the TV show of the same name. Sharks for the morning were Jim Grier, of Champion Capital Alliance; Kit Dunlap, president of the Greater Hall Chamber of Commerce; Carroll Turner, director of Lanier Tech Manufacturing Development Center; and Lane Jones, former owner of Highland Mountain Water.
