Wilson to lead marketing and development for Challenged Child & Friends Cindy Wilson has joined Challenged Child & Friends as the new director of development and marketing. Her primary responsibilities cover fundraising, marketing, public relations, special events and community outreach. Wilson has a degree in Business Administration from Gainesville State College.
