Sigmon to head oncology department at Northeast Georgia Medical Center Northeast Georgia Medical Center has named Todd Sigmon as executive director of oncology for the Cancer Center. Sigmon recently served for six years as vice president of Operations for East Texas Medical Center in Tyler, Texas, where he was responsible for the oncology program and several other departments. Prior to joining ETMC, he served as director of Cancer Services at Duke Raleigh Hospital in Raleigh, N.C., and director of Seacoast Cancer Center in Dover, N.H. He served on state panels for cancer care in both New Hampshire and North Carolina.
