Olson chosen as cancer liaison for N.E. Georgia Medical Center
Richard Olson, a surgeon with Northeast Georgia Surgical Associates in Gainesville, has received a three-year appointment as cancer liaison physician for the cancer program at Northeast Georgia Medical Center.
Olson joins a network of more than 1,600 volunteer physicians responsible for providing leadership and direction to their facilities’ cancer program. He is a member of the multidisciplinary cancer committee at the medical center.
Patton joins Guilford Immediate Care as Occupational Services director
Troy C. Patton has been named Director of Occupational Services at Guilford Immediate Care.
Patton has more than 19 years of experience in health care. Over the past 12 years, he has primarily focused on coordinating occupational services with local employers.
