Crumley new managing broker for Prudential Georgia Realty offices

Prudential Georgia Realty has named Kim Crumley as its new managing broker of the Gainesville and Northeast Georgia Offices.

Crumley has more than 18 years of real estate experience since earning her license in 1993, then a broker's license in 1996.

She holds the Council of Real Estate Brokerage Managers, Certified New Homes Sale Professional and The Graduate Realtor Institute professional designations.

Crumley earned her real estate instructor's license in 2009.

Anytime Fitness club plans Gainesville grand opening Dec. 14

Anytime Fitness, the world largest and fastest growing 24-hour co-ed fitness franchise, has opened in the Gainesville Towne Center shopping center, 1500 Browns Bridge Road in Gainesville.

Its grand opening is set for 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Dec. 14, with a ribbon cutting at 11:30 a.m. The club will offer a 50 percent discount off the enrollment fee, with club tours available.

Anytime Fitness offers 24/7 service with members using a security-access key to enter the club even when it is not staffed. They will have full use of strength training and cardiovascular equipment.

In addition, members can use any of the more than 1,000 clubs in the United States, Canada and Australia.

Equipment options at Anytime Fitness include cross-training machines, free weights, stationary bicycles and treadmills. Private showers and dressing areas are also available.

"We are excited to be in Gainesville, and it's our goal to become an active member of the community," Anytime Fitness owner Michael Burns said.
