Gainesville veterinarian elected president of state association Gainesville veterinarian Denise Funk was elected president of the Georgia Veterinary Medical Association during the group’s fall convention. Funk is a partner at Animal Medical Care of Gainesville. She has practiced veterinary medicine for more than 20 years in her native Hall County.
