Chuck Clausen named top agent at Prudential
Commercial real estate professional Chuck Clausen was named the top commercial agent of 2009 for Prudential Georgia Realty.

In real estate since 1992, Chuck is consistently one of the 50 top-producing agents, commercial or residential, for Prudential.

Clausen specializes in representing buyers and sellers of commercial real estate and investment properties throughout Northeast Georgia, as well as tenants and landlords for commercial properties.

Clausen said a background coaching professional football was instrumental in preparing him to be a top-selling commercial Realtor.

"Coaching prepares you for a lot of things," he said. "It's the ultimate people business because it's all about building relationships."

Prudential Georgia Realty is an independently owned and operated member of Prudential Real Estate Affiliates and is the 12th largest Prudential real estate affiliate in North America. Now in its 47th year serving metro Atlanta, the company has 23 locations in metro Atlanta and 1,200 Realtors.

Brown elected to board of Green Industry Association
Todd Brown, general manager of The Fockele Garden Company, has been elected vice president of the landscape division for the Georgia Green Industry Association's Board of Directors.

Brown, who has been with The Fockele Garden Company for five years, has served with the landscape division for two years. He also has 25 years of experience in the landscaping industry and is a Certified Landscape Professional, a distinction from the Professional Landcare Network awarded to less than 1 percent of all landscape professionals in the country.

He is also a certified arborist with the International Society of Arboriculture and is a certified nurseryman and plant specialist with the Georgia Green Industry Association.

The Georgia Green Industry Association works to promote horticulture in the state of Georgia.
