Moore named chairman of NE Ga. Medical Center board of trustees Jim Moore, vice president and agency manager at BB&T Sidney O. Smith Insurance, has been named Chairman of The Medical Center Foundation Board of Trustees, filling the role previously held by the late W. Woodrow "Woody" Stewart. "We could not be more pleased to have a leader of Jim Moore’s caliber to step into the role of chairman," said Nancy Colston, executive director of The Medical Center Foundation. "We are confident he will build on the success of the past and lead us to even greater heights in the future."
