ReMax Advanced, a Gainesville-based franchise of the national real estate company, has acquired the two Hall County offices of ReMax Greater Atlanta.

Joe Williams, broker-owner of ReMax Advanced, said the former ReMax Greater Atlanta offices on McEver Road and on Winder Highway became a part of his company this week.

The acquisition brings 54 new agents into ReMax Advanced, which was established by Williams in 2005. The company, the only ReMax affiliate in Hall County, will now have 84 real estate agents.

"I had contacted Greater Atlanta about acquiring those two offices," Williams said. "I had been successful for three years at Queen City and I thought it would be a show of strength to have three offices under my leadership."

Jody Sanders will serve as the managing broker of the office on Winder Highway, while Williams will serve in that role at the main office on Queen City Parkway and at the McEver Road location.

The two newly acquired offices were previously a part of ReMax Horizons and were purchased by ReMax Greater Atlanta in 2007.

"The three locations give us a nice geographic fit," Williams said. "The company will serve Hall and the four adjoining counties."

Based in Denver, Colo., ReMax International oversees a network of nearly 115,000 agents in more than 65 countries.
