A new concept supermarket is celebrating a grand opening this week in Dahlonega. Fresh n’ Frugal-Cost Plus Foods is now operating in the Greenbriar Shopping Center, where J&J Foods was previously located. The store is designed to provide fresh produce, meats and other groceries at the lowest possible price, according to a news release from the company.
