Two more stores have agreed to come to North Lake Square on Dawsonville Highway, developer Tim Knight said.
Burlington and Five Below are slated to open late this summer next to HomeGoods, which is currently being built; Hobby Lobby and Academy Sports + Outdoors.
Knight said the leases signed by the two stores bring that portion of North Lake Square to being fully leased.
Burlington will have a 40,000-square-foot location in North Lake Square. The company has evolved from the original Burlington Coat Factory, according to its website, “into a one-stop shopping experience. Extensive selections of men’s and women’s suits, sportswear, shoes and accessories were developed and then highly successful baby and youth departments were created. Later, a linens department was added.”
Five Below will occupy 8,000 square feet in the shopping center.
Five Below’s merchandise, naturally, is all $5 or cheaper and includes “cellphone cases and chargers, remote control cars, yoga pants, graphic tees, nail polish, footballs and soccer balls, tons of candy and seasonal must-haves for Easter, Halloween, Christmas and more,” according to its website.
Five Below is geared toward teens, pre-teens and parents, and its stores are “vibrant, colorful and high-energy,” according to its website.
North Lake Square, located near Ahaluna Drive, also includes a Chipotle restaurant that opened in January.
A Jersey Mike’s is slated to open this spring in the same building as Chipotle, while HomeGoods will open in the summer next to Hobby Lobby.
More store announcements are expected in the coming months.
