A Hall County man was arrested Tuesday after law enforcement officers seized $34,000 worth of marijuana and a weapon at his home.
Jacob Bruce Rau, 54, of Lee Road in Buford was charged with both manufacturing and possession of marijuana and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony.
Agents with the Multi Agency Narcotics Squad, the Gang Task Force and the Hall County Sheriff's Office found 17 marijuana plants, a small amount of processed marijuana and a .22-caliber rifle in a search of the home as part of an investigation.
Rau was arrested without incident and booked into the Hall County Jail.
