Gainesville attorney John Breakfield was sworn in Friday as the new Hall County State Court judge. Breakfield beat Michelle Hall with nearly 60 percent of the vote in the November elections. Breakfield replaces Chief State Court Judge Charles Wynne, who is retiring.
