New Holland Market, a 68-acre mixed-use property at the intersection of Jesse Jewell and Limestone parkways in Gainesville, continues to grow with construction underway on a new mixed-use building.

The 10,000-square-foot building next to the “island” gas station in front of the 123,000-square-foot Kroger will include a bank and retail, according to Gainesville planning officials, though no tenants have been announced.
