An employee was killed in a workplace accident early Wednesday morning at Fieldale Farms’ Murrayville facility on Thompson Bridge Road .The Hall County Sheriff’s Office responded to the call at about 3 a.m. Jan. 15 and identified the employee as Chit Tuay, 38.
