Bob Cheeley, owner of Midland Social in Gainesville, was booked into Fulton County Jail Friday, Aug. 25, 2023, on charges that he conspired to overturn the results of the 2020 presidential election along with former president Donald Trump and other allies. Cheeley was released the same day on a $50,000 bond.
Robert “Bob” Cheeley, owner of Midland Social event venue in Gainesville and Alpharetta lawyer, was booked Friday, Aug. 25 into the Fulton County Jail on charges that he conspired alongside former president Donald Trump and other allies to overturn Joe Biden’s 2020 presidential victory.
