Tracey Marie Dean, a Gainesville woman who was shot by police after allegedly trying to flee a traffic stop, is scheduled to go to trial May 19. Dean, also listed in records as Tracey Seidel, pleaded not guilty March 12 to all 22 counts on which she was indicted, seven of them felonies. Dean was indicted on two counts of aggravated assault on a peace officer; two counts of felony obstruction; two counts of interference with government property; felony possession of cocaine; and 14 misdemeanors, including possession of a drug-related object, driving under the influence and battery.
