Authorities suspect foul play in the death of a Hispanic man found in a taxi in East Hall. Hall County Sheriff’s Office received a call at 4:50 a.m. Monday about a suspicious vehicle in the area of Barrett and Dorsey Peek roads, according to a news release from the Hall County Sheriff’s Office. The Taxi El Palmar vehicle appeared to have left the road, traveled through the woods and stopped behind a residence, HDeputy Nicole Bailes reported.
