A Bibb County man faces charges after telling a Hall County deputy at a traffic stop he was a police officer. On Sunday, the deputy stopped a car driven by Douglas William McDonald in Flowery Branch. McDonald, 54, told the deputy he was an officer with the Macon City Police Department, according to a news release from the Sheriff’s Office.
