A Flowery Branch man allegedly befriended a 13-year-old boy through Snapchat and offered cash for “inappropriate” photographs, according to authorities. Luke James Decamp, 18, was charged with sexual exploitation of a child. He was booked Friday in to the Hall County Jail, where he remains.
